We were blessed with ANOTHER rain shower this afternoon and I’m happy to report that the rain barrel is doing what its supposed to do when it rains…

collect the rain!!!

It, however, still remains to be seen about the “getting the water out of the barrel” part. As you can see below, the spicket works.

I’m pretty sure it’s not going to power the water sprinkler, but I’ll be able to hook up the hose and water the bushes and fill up my watering can! I’m super excited about it and can’t wait to utilize our new toy!
