Yesterday was one of my favorite holidays… Easter.  The day we celebrate the Resurrection of Jesus Christ our Savior!

Yesterday morning, around 3:15, the biggest hail storm I have ever experienced hit our town.  I took the following picture at the exact time lightning flashed, so it looks a little weird.

The pieces were small, only about pea sized, but they fell with such force that I thought our windows were going to shatter!  Thank goodness there was no damage, just some dents in our gutters.  I felt sorry for those who don’t park their vehicles in their garages!

Next up, tonight’s dinner!  I tried this recipe off Pinterest…

Honey Cajun Pork Tenderloin

I admit it… I don’t think I have ever cooked a pork tenderloin or pork chops or anything pork besides ham, bacon or hot dogs.  This turned out delicious!  Connor had seconds and there were absolutely zero leftovers!  It will go into regular rotation.
