97/365 (yesterday’s)

Our new farmhouse table in its new home in our kitchen.

It’s so heavy and turned out absolutely gorgeous!! Rob and I realized as we were trying to move it, that some stain/polyurethane was still wet on the bottom of the legs. That’s why they’re up on boards.

We still have to construct the bench. Plus, we’ve decided to go ahead and purchase 4 new chairs. The ones we have now are original to the 1940s set and are very rickety. Even Connor, who weighs 90 pounds soaking wet is hesitant to sit on them! I’ll have to hunt for the perfect chairs… I’m thinking maybe some older, distressed, red ones?
