Rob and Connor took me to the newly opened Olive Garden about 15 minutes from our house tonight for Mother’s Day in addition to the sweet card and perfect Starbucks gift card. Here’s what I had… 
Lasagna Primavera with grilled chicken! It was hand-folded lasagna filled with zucchini, squash and bell peppers, topped with a tomato-basil sauce, grilled chicken and a creamy parmesan drizzle.  Not only was the presentation beautiful, but it had the most fantastic flavor!  I will be having it again!
