On Tonight’s Plate… I’ve noticed friends and strangers talking about this recipe on Facebook and Pinterest, so I thought we should try it for ourselves. It’s called Easy Mexican Casserole. It’s definitely easy to put together, but what I like most is how absolutely delicious it is!! It will be added to our regular rotation immediately!
