View from our Living Room…Day 25

This is what I came home to this afternoon, after the cement truck finally moved so that I could pull into my driveway.  That kid in the foreground can’t be more than 10 years old.  Why isn’t he in school?  And more importantly, why is someone that young working like that?  Aren’t there child labor laws in Oklahoma??
