PsOTD…

I’ve got a couple pictures for you today…

The first is, of course, our precious bull terriers, Macy and Rossi…imageWe’ve had Rossi for nearly 2 years.  It’s taken this long for these puppies to want to be so close!  I’m sure it doesn’t hurt that they’re both trying to be as close to the Hubs as they can get!  They are such sweet doggies!

Up next, On Tonight’s Plate…imageI’ve made this dish before, but it’s been several months.  I’d forgotten how easy it is and how much I love it!  Here’s how to make Provolone Chicken…

Ingredients:
3 or 4 chicken breasts
Sliced provolone cheese
1 envelope Italian Dressing mix
1 stick of butter

Directions:
Melt the butter and stir in the Italian dressing mix to make a coating.
Dip the chicken in the butter mix and turn to coat.
Place chicken on foil lined baking sheet and bake in a 400 degree oven for 30 minutes until cooked through.
Place one slice of provolone cheese on each chicken breast and bake for 5 more minutes until the cheese is melted.

That’s it!  It’s so good!

Until next time…
