Connor came home from school yesterday looking like this…
I’m really not sure why he’s wearing a mustache tattoo (or why he’s looking at me like that), but who really knows what goes through the minds of teenagers?

We very rarely go to the movie theater for a few reasons…
1. It’s too expensive and we like to think of ourselves as “frugal”.
2. If I’m in a semi-comfortable chair in a dark room for more than 20 minutes, odds are I’m doing to fall asleep. That’s a $10 nap.
3. I need to be able to stop whatever I’m watching when I need to… you can’t do that during a movie. You’d make a whole lot of strangers mad.

However…we made an exception…

We actually got out of the house last night as a family to go see a movie!!! We saw “God’s Not Dead”. If you haven’t seen it, you must go! I’m loving all the Bible based movies out there (don’t go see “Noah”, news flash, it’s not based on truth). I can’t wait for “Heaven is For Real”!

Tonight, we put our new grill to use once again by making some of these…
The meal was so delicious!
