Last night, I watched helplessly from my Oklahoma City living room as this happened very close to my hometown back in Arkansas…
This storm was tracking to go right over my parent’s house. I was watching Little Rock’s NBC affiliate, where I used to work, on my iPad as the stormed moved closer and closer. It looks as if it got within a mile of the family farm. A town a couple miles down the road suffered some damage, but not nearly as much as Mayflower and Vilonia in the video above. My parents and extended family are safe tonight with no damage to their homes or property, thank goodness!
Please keep the families, residents and emergency workers affected in this disaster in your prayers…
I’m unsure where this image originated from, but I love it… thanks to whoever created it!
