We spent a lot of time outside this weekend. The weather was almost perfect…highs in the upper 70s, no clouds, light breeze…amazing for February! Saturday was Macy’s 7th birthday, so we took her and her brother for stroll in Bricktown and a visit in the dog park at Myriad Gardens in downtown OKC. They love the dog park…
On Sunday, we were blessed with another near perfect day. This time we loaded up the bullies and headed over to our city park…along with the rest of the town apparently. It was a little on the warm side for the puppies…good thing Rossi doesn’t mind drinking water directly out of the faucet!
When we got home from this adventure we noticed all our doves survived hunting season and came back for their annual convention in our backyard!
The Little Rock Half Marathon is a mere 20 days away and what am I doing? I’m debating registering for the Route 66 Half Marathon in Tulsa the weekend before Thanksgiving! Am I crazy?
It’s the 10th anniversary for this race and the swag looks awesome. Let’s be real for a minute…the only reason I do these things…the bling! Click HERE for more information on the Route 66 Marathon!

It was a gorgeous weekend! It made me ready for Spring. I love the pics of your dogs. 🙂
I know! Me, too! I’m ready for green grass and warm sunshine…warm, not hot 🙂
