Half Marathon #7 is on the books and I am feeling the pain!
It’s so hard to believe that it is nearly Thanksgiving. Seems like just yesterday we were ringing in 2015. This year has flown by so fast and now it’s time to start celebrating the holidays!

The weather was amazing again this weekend, so we took advantage Saturday by taking a road trip about 2 ½ hours east of home to Greenleaf State Park.

We had such a busy, fun-filled weekend! It started off with a trip to our local park to take the bull terriers for a walk and feed the ducks…
These ducks were scattered all over the little watering hole, but just as soon as The Hubs broke out the shelled corn, they all came swimming just as fast as they could! It was so funny! It was like they haven’t been fed in a decade!
We had a wonderfully busy weekend! Friday night, we had the most glorious rain storm as the sun was setting. It was so beautiful, I couldn’t stop taking photographs! Here is one of my favorites…
